FM John Jacobs holds the title of FIDE Master and has had a love for chess for over 50 years. John has a FIDE rating of 2300. He is a Texas Junior Champion, 5-time Texas State Champion, and a US Closed Junior Champion. He has met some of the most famous world champions including: Bobby Fischer, Boris Spassky, Samuel Reshevsky, and many more.
