Refunds: A player can receive a refund up to 1 hour before the tournament start-time. Players that no-show do not receive a refund.

Playing Up: Playing up will not be available for this tournament.

Supplies: Boards, clocks, pieces, notation sheets, and pencils all provided.

Scholastic Tournament: This tournament is scholastic only for players in grades K-12.
