Policies:
Age Group: Camps are open to children aged 5 to 17.
Regular Registration: Registration must be completed online prior to the start of the camp week.
Prorated Registration: Students have the option to join a camp at any time at a prorated rate. Please note that sale discounts do not apply to prorated pricing.
Sibling and Multiple Camp Discounts: Registrations totaling over $379 receive a 10% discount on their order by using a coupon code during checkout. CODE: CAMPS10
Snack Time: We will have a designated snack period in the middle of the camp sessions for students to enjoy their snacks. Additionally, we will provide one snack per three-hour camp session. Please inform us during registration if your child has any allergies. Students must eat snacks in a designated snack area, snacks must not be consumed during playtime. 
Behavior Expectations: Campers are expected to demonstrate respect towards instructors, staff, and fellow campers at all times. Disruptive behavior, bullying, or any form of aggression will not be tolerated.
Electronic Devices: Electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, and gaming consoles, are not permitted during camp hours unless specifically requested by instructors for educational purposes.
Refunds: Full camp refunds are available until Thursday at 11:59 p.m. before the camp week. We reserve the right to dismiss students from camp due to repeated disruptive behavior, and in such cases, refunds will not be issued.
Health and Safety: We prioritize the safety and well-being of all campers. In the event of illness or injury, parents will be contacted immediately. All campers need to provide emergency contact information provided during registration is up to date.
Photography and Media: By registering for the camp, parents grant permission for their child to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If parents do not wish for their child to be included in promotional materials, they need to inform us in writing during registration
