Free Swiss Entry Eligibility
We host weekly Swiss tournaments across all our locations, offering members regular opportunities to compete and improve. Members with the DFW Competitive Pass ($120) receive a 100% discount code to use during online registration for any of our weekly tournaments, including the Friday Swiss, Plano Swiss, Frisco Swiss, Frisco Beginner Swiss, Frisco Quick, Irving Swiss, and Irving Blitz. This offer applies only to online bookings using the member’s unique code and covers one member per pass. Playing up to a higher section is not included, and TCC reserves the right to modify or remove tournaments at any time.
Members in Houston can enjoy similar benefits with the Houston Competitive Pass ($99), which provides a 100% discount for entry into the Bellaire Swiss, our weekly Houston tournament. This offer is also valid for online registration only and applies to one member per pass. For more information, please review our Terms of Service.

Book Rentals
As a member, you can rent chess books at no cost from any of our locations. The standard rental period for a book is 1 month from the day of checkout.

Scholastic Discount
Scholastic Tournaments host K-12 students only— making them a great option for students who have never played in a tournament before, looking for a competitive but friendly environment

Open Play
Open Play is a weekly event where players gather to play chess and practice. It is open to anyone with a Play Plan or a Standard or Premier membership. We provide all the necessary equipment!
