Christian Baca

Christian started playing chess at a very young age. He has had a passion for chess which motivated him to begin a community chess club in High School and College. His love for chess landed him in a career of teaching, which has allowed him to spread the beauty of the game.

He is now a dedicated chess educator and TCC’s Frisco Location Supervisor, working with students of all ages to cultivate strategic thinking, patience, and confidence through the game. He continues to grow his impact by leading Frisco’s tournaments and coaching our group class members. His journey from young enthusiast to respected instructor reflects his deep commitment to the game.

Christian specializes in teaching beginner to intermediate players, particularly those rated USCF 100–1000.
