Grace Vu

Grace Vu came to Texas Chess Center as a program associate and instructor in the early spring of 2025, after graduating from University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Technology, and Emerging Communication. As an instructor, Grace is supported by her long-time experience in the classroom tutoring math, English, and also art.

As an active volunteer, Grace expanded her work at Texas Chess Center to marketing and strives to foster a more accessible and informed community together with TCC: authoring the Monthly Newsletter and the Community Spotlight being some of those ways. Outside of chess, Grace enjoys other board and tabletop games and continues to make art rigorously.
