Kayla Guerrero

Kayla joined the Texas Chess Center in the summer of 2023 and has grown within the organization to become both Programs & Personnel Director. In these roles, she helps manage hiring and recruitment while also coordinating chess programs and partnerships with schools, working closely with educators and administrators to support successful program implementation.

Kayla is currently pursuing a degree in Education at the University of Texas at Dallas, further developing her passion for teaching and working with children. She enjoys creating positive learning environments and helping students build confidence.
