Gift Card Policy
Purchase and Redemption: Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store and redeemed online or in-store. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Expiration: Gift cards expire 1 year from the purchase date and have no fees associated with their use.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: If a gift card is lost or stolen, Texas Chess Center is not responsible for any unauthorized use.
Balance Check: Gift card balances can be checked online or in-store by providing the gift card number.
Reloading Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds.
Returns and Refunds: Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be returned for cash or credit, except where required by law.
